For more than 25 years, BELT (Biblical Education & Leadership Training) has been equipping leaders around the world to make a difference for Christ. Whether in a remote village or an urban center, whether the marketplace or a government office, whether the pulpit or a classroom, lives are rewritten as the Bible and the Holy Spirit redesign thinking and hearts.
BELT is a ministry of Youth With Mission, a global movement of Christians dedicated to serving Jesus throughout the world, whose purpose is to know God and to make Him known.
Bible Seminar (2 wks)
The core curriculum of BELT, the Transformation Series seminars (TS), typically run for 2 weeks. The three levels of seminars challenge participants personally, in their leadership and in their engagement in the spheres. All seminars incorporate Bible storytelling along with a participatory learning approach which allows participants to discover answers in God’s Word through collaborative and active learning.
Bible School (6 mo)
The 6 month Bible School for the Nations is a practical, life-giving study from creation to Revelation. This U of N core course is designed to build a Biblical worldview, provide tools to accurately study the Word and effective skills to communicate it.
Confidence in God will be enlarged by understanding His character and how He brings about His purposes in history. Deepen your love for God and your desire to share Him with others.
Oral Seminars
The newly developed fully oral seminars engage oral learners through chronological Bible storytelling, discussion, drama and visuals, unveiling key ideas that lead to personal and community transformation. Participants leave having memorized and internalized 10 Bible stories, understanding key worldview ideas, and engaging in a multiplication strategy for their community.

Where we stand
Our mission is to see communities transformed by the Word of God
The vision of BELT is to see communities and people groups transformed by the Word of God through empowering church and community leaders who have limited access to Biblical training.
We do this by partnering with mission organizations and indigenous churches to develop leaders through culturally relevant Bible training that teaches them to apply the Scriptures to every area of life and equips them to teach and influence others. 2 Timothy 2:2
The Need for Discipleship
This process of becoming like Jesus includes not only understanding God’s Word, but also faithfully living it out. It affects the way we look at life, our love for God and others, understanding our identity and purpose, what values we live out, and the measure of freedom we walk in. It is far-reaching.
As the Gospel begins from the inside and works its way out, everything about an individual will begin to change as alignment is made to God's ways.
The Christian life will bring about blessing to all who are connected - including the immediate family and broader church family - through a culture of love, grace, understanding and forgiveness.
As disciples of Christ are multiplied, these changed individuals living with intentionality will stir movements of disciples that begin to change communities.
